Welcome to Cornerstone Bible Church
Cornerstone is a friendly, ethnically diverse, growing church in Northern Durham. Built on Biblical excellence, with caring, spiritually mature members who understand the power of forgiveness in their lives. Whoever you are, whatever you've been through..... There's a place for you here.
Message from the Pastor - At Cornerstone Bible Church we welcome the opportunity to help you find a church home. We hope and pray that it will be Cornerstone Bible Church but we also know that not every church meets the needs of every person. To that end, we extend the invitation to try us for several weeks and see where you think God is leading. If you feel it is not CBC, then we will offer suggestions of other fine churches in the Durham area. If you are not interested in joining a local church but just want to adventure a bit in your spiritual journey, then Cornerstone Bible Church is a safe place for you. The messages are relevant for living in the 21st century and our members are warm and welcoming. So we invite you to come and experience the best church you have never heard of!

NEW STUDY FOR 2014! We will be studying the course Firm Foundations for this coming year. Firm Foundations was developed by New Tribe Missions to give a solid Biblical foundation to people they reached who had no previous understanding of the Bible. It traces the Bible from Creation to Christ, covering major events and major themes that show how God revealed Himself and his plans for the earth He created. The messages on Sunday will cover a variety of topics including how we got the Bible, who God is, where the devil and angels came from, how He chose the nations of Israel and many other subjects that compose the Bible we have today. Tuesday nights we gather for a meal and to discuss the chapter that was taught on Sunday.
